Andrea – Bridal Portraits at the Park House

Congratulations to Cody and Andrea who tied the knot this weekend! Cody and Andrea are such a sweet couple. It was an honor to be part of your bridal portraits and your special day. I loved every minute of it!

Andrea looked stunning in a beautiful ivory soft satin dress with beaded accents designed by Madeline Gardner from her Mori Lee “Blu” collection! Brittany Johnson at Wilson’s on Washington elegantly styled her hair in an pincurled updo with an elegant beaded hairband. Angel Pitch of Angel’s Hair and Make-Up did her gorgeous make-up. Her bridal portraits were taken at the stunning Park House Bed and Breakfast in Greenville.

Soft // Week 18 // Project 52

I always love it when Melanie posts her Lensbaby pictures. This weekend she came to visit (yay!) to take my family portraits. As a bonus she brought her Lensbaby Composer Pro for me to play with and I was able to get this picture of the Japanese Maple in my front yard. Thanks Mel! I can’t wait to see the pictures from our session too!

Small addendum: I have the Composer 2.0 Lensbaby and have used it in personal photography for a few years. Mel bringing the Composer Pro was a particular treat because the new version shows a vast improvement in both focus and glass. I absolutely recommend it over the Composer 2.0!

Lensbaby’s are so much fun to use. Good job for not having one. My first few times I just couldn’t get the focus right. A little rusty on the manual focus
